Process flow and precautions

1. Weigh the glue proportionally and stir the solvent evenly.

2, according to the proportion of the pigment paste into the glue, you can also dilute the pigment paste with a solvent after filtering into the glue, fully stir and mix evenly. Stirring time is determined according to user experience and actual stirring effect, adding curing agent to stir evenly and filter.

3, sampling observation after disperse evenly, scraping samples to observe the dispersion of pigments, that is, to observe whether there is not dispersed pigment  paste, coating film coloring is uniform.

4, qualified according to the process requirements on the machine coating, process requirements including coating thickness, speed, oven temperature, etc.

Storage :

Store in a shady, dry and ventilated warehouse under room temperature(0-40 degree). Cap sealed tightly immediately after use. Avoid long time contact with air and filter before use. Vulnerable to subside into different layer after longtime storage. Still effect after full stirring as well as an enough amount left.
