Pigment Dispersion for textile printing-WT series

WT series pigment dispersion is ECO- friendly , Which is a water based colorants. High pigment concentrated preparations with Stable wetting and dispersing agent, Brighten Color shade.

Main pigment dyes for textile printing: Red ,Rose, Lemon Yellow ,Golden Yellow, Bordeaux, Violet , Orange, Pink, Magenta, Middle Yellow, Blue, Turquoise Blue, Navy Blue, Black, Green, Brown, White etc.

Application: Aqueous pigment dispersions for textile printing, pigment dyeing and surface coatings (stain cloth, towel, handkerchief, non-woven fabric ,cotton, flax etc) . water base colorants for non-siliconized polyester staple fibers (scouring pads).

Application Methods:

1. Fully stir the chosen pigment paste and a little blending water until reach the satisfied color concentration. Then filter and apply when bubbles dissolve after several minutes standing treatment.

2. Recommended formulation ( mainly suitable for printing on cotton and polyester cotton)

Pigment color paste:1-8% Binder: 5-25% Original Printing Paste: 80-70%

3. Process Conditions: Printing- Drying ( 100 degree X 2-3minutes)- Baking (130-150degree X 1-2 minutes)

Packing: 20kg/30kg /50kgs Plastic drum

Storage and Shelf life:

Store in a shady, dry and ventilated warehouse under room temperature(0-40 degree). Cap sealed tightly immediately after use. Avoid long time contact with air and filter before use. Vulnerable to subside into different layer after longtime storage. Still effect after full stirring as well as an enough amount left. Guarantee period: 12 months.

Comments: The color shade could be adjusted according to the customers' standard samples. Please bear in mind that fully stir before use and cap sealed after use.
